i love this lipstick! i have been using it for years (maybe since 2002?? back when the lipsticks were in the silver tubes) and i never get tired of it. this is my very favorite "pink" shade lipstick and i even use it as a base shade for the days when i want to mix up something new.
i'm bummed out that they discontinued it. i've never been one to buy "limited edition" stuff for the sole reason that if i like it the product won't be around and then i'll have to go and start the hunt again for a new product to replace that L.E. one.
you can alter the color a bit by changing up the lip liner you use. if you want it to look really pretty petal pink then use Quartz liner lightly. if you want a more frosty nude look that plays up the frost then opt for Cork liner lightly.
i will totally re-purchase as long as i can, but why, oh why does MAC have to go and ruin a GREAT thing by discontinuing it?!?!?!??!?

Delish .. YES you are! I LOVE this lipstick! I'm always happy to find a MAC lippie that *isn't* limited edition that I can give the love it deserves without having to use it sparingly for fear of not being able to replenish it. I can't even remember how I found this .. if I swapped for it, bought it, or what .. but I LOVE this lipstick! It's a little bit of shimmery gold infused peachy/pink goodness in a tube. This lipstick can go more pink or more peach depending on what lipliner you pair it with, and that's what makes me love it so much .. it's versatile and goes with just about anything. With my lip stash I rarely finish anything .. but this is one of the few lippies that I've polished off and bought a new tube of. It's really, *really* gorgeous!!

I have been buying this lipstick on and off for years (since it first came out a LONG time ago).
It is a lovely peach/pink/neutral with just a touch of frost. I can change the color by using a different lip pencil (it looks very nude/neutral over Bobbi Brown's beige Lip liner and more pink over my pink liners).
This color is fabulous on my fair skin and it stays on over lip liner all day.
MAC often discontinues their colors, but this one has been around so long because it is a winner! Reasonably priced too.
****5/14/09 So sad to learn that this shade has just been discontinued. I am going to have a heck of a time finding another lipstick that is so perfectly pink & peach and neutral! continued >>

    DELISH
    STAR VEGAS (2005)
Soft, peachy-bronze w/ pink opalescent shimmer
I'm a NW25 with red hair and this lipstick just doesn't look right on me. It's very light pink with shimmer and sparkle. I can imagine it would look very pretty on someone who is blonde and has more of a 'natural look'. I am more of the 'dramatic look' type of person and this lipstick is very innocent and it reminds me of something I would have worn in high school. Unique color with many dimensions to it but it just doesn't work for me.

This lipstick looks like my perfect dream lipstick color in the tube....but just does not work on my very pigmented lips. It's a lovely pale pink-peach frost and I wish it worked for me.
I am very pale and just looked very washed out with this. I think it would look great on someone who can make the pale lips, smoky eyes look work.

Where's the peachy-bronze? I'm NC20 - 25 and this looks like a cool, overly-frosty beige on me. I can see this working at night with a dramatic eye, but this does not work on me for daytime at all.

A champagne pink with gold shimmer, it can look a little salmony but is a nice everyday lipstick.
Im NW20, this is my go to lipstick that I wear every day, especially in the summer when the light can be harsh and unforgiving, I like to pair with a smokey eye or shades such as Satin Taupe, Magnetic Fields, French Grey.....
Looks well with my pale complexion and is not overly shimmery.

This is a pretty pinky-peach with a touch of bronze. It looks VERY metallic on the lips which can be good and bad. It does give dimension, but it looks terrible in florescent lighting. I don't reach for mine that often, because I like neutral colored lips, but this is fun to wear in the springtime.

This and New York Apple are my two favorite l/s shades! Delish is perfect for when I want to do a bold eye/neutral lip combo, but without the corpse-lips effect that I get from other "nude" lip shades. I always get compliments when I wear it under Enchantress l/g. Plus, I love that yummy vanilla smell.

This lipstick is so pretty! It's a metallic pinky peach. I wear it with MAC's "Whirl" lip liner pencil. It's all I wear :) I can't find another lipstick I love more. I pray they never discontinue it!!

Very pretty lipstick! Nice pinky peach color. A little cooler than I thought it would be, but still looks great. Would definitely purchase again.

NC40-45 African American. Cool, metallic, frosty, pinky (slight) brown neutral. I don't reach for it as often as when I first bought it, but I agree that it is a much cooler l/s version of Enchantress.

A pretty color but lacks the “WOW!” factor. More neutral bronzed pink than peach on my pigmented lips. I bought this because the MU board suggested I give it a go since I love Enchantress lipglass so much...they said the these two are similar. I find the pink in Delish is more cool toned than the medium pink in Enchantress. Delish is a nice cross between High Strung and Sandy B, and perhaps more wearable than either of them. I think Delish looks a little metallic on me and maybe that’s why I’m not crazy for it...bummer ‘cause I thought it would be HG material. I might be the only one, but I feel like the frosts are not drying at all on my lips...in fact, I find them moisturizing.
Again, pretty, but I doubt I’ll repurchase since High Strung and Sandy B are preferred to this.

I've tried several different MAC lipsticks but I really do think this is my favorite. It's so shimmery and perfect and it goes with any complextion very well. It's soft and smooth. My only complaint is that I have bought at least three tubes of this (I go through it fast) and every time, I notice it's a little melty in the tube. My friends said the same thing about it, but I guess it really doesn't matter. Like I said I think the color is perfect, and I will of course buy this color again.

This lipstick looks like it would be too pale for me in the tube, but really looks fabulous when I put it on! A pale, pinky/peach with opalescence, this one should look great on just about anyone. I love the texture and the smell too. I will reach for this often until it is gone!

Pretty peachy-pink with golden shimmer. On my pigmented lips, I get more pink than peach and was hoping for more peach than pink, LOL, but I still give it a thumbs up for a sexy, nude look.

I love this lipstick, this is the first lipstick i have ever purchased. Im usually a lipgloss addict because i like sheernes of l/g. This color lives up to its name, it truly is delish! looks great when im tan and im sure it looks good once my tan starts fading.

I never would have noticed this color if it wasn't for the Star Vegas collection on MAC. It's the lipstick non glittery version of Flash Of Flesh. I have a picture in my profile. I love this color! It's a peachy pink color with some iridescence to it. It's a nice low key color for when you want a naked lip.
